Out of the prototype phase!

0.2 is out!
The game CarJump is out of the prototype phase, and I added some new features:
- 3 more levels
- McRonalds drive thru (yes, McRonalds)
- Added a moving airplane
- Added some spikes in the last level
- Changed the tutorial text a little bit
